Does sleeping in an old church inspire or intrigue you? In both cases, it is certainly a unique experience to try only at Saint-Crème, in Alma, in the Lac-Saint-Jean region.
Our 10 modern en suite hotel rooms are located upstairs above the restaurant in a block we built as an extension of the rood screen. They are glazed facing the church's magnificent original stained glass windows.
We also offer tailor-made facilities for cyclists and snowmobilers with our locker room equipped to store your equipment. This makes a huge difference in your stay at Saint-Crème.

Useful information
We do not have an elevator. The only way to go up to the rooms is to go up a staircase (1 floor).
We do not have a reception. So it is important to know that the only way to access your room is by checking in yourself via your cell phone. This method of operation is quick and easy. Here is how it works:

RESERVATION
You must make your own reservation online only on our website or via our various partner accommodation sites.

You will immediately receive an email confirmation from us with a link to check in in advance.

A few days before your arrival, you will check in online, on our platform. You do not have to download anything and this step is mandatory to access your room.

door code
Once you have duly completed your check-in, your access code will be sent to you by email and text message one day before your arrival or will be available in your customer app.

How to get the best price for the room?
Booking directly on our website guarantees you the best price in addition to offering you two luxury rooms only available on our website. You can click on the "BOOK" buttons to land on the booking page.
What is your cancellation policy?
In the event of a cancellation made 2 days before the arrival date: the price of the stay will be credited to the credit card less an administration fee of 10% plus taxes which will be required.
In the event of a cancellation made less than 2 days before the arrival date: the entire stay is non-refundable.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
You can enter your room from 4pm in the afternoon on the rental day until 10am the next morning.
Do I need to make a reservation to access the equipment locker room?
You do not need to reserve a space to use the equipment locker room. Two lockers will be available free of charge.
Is breakfast included?
The only way to include breakfast is to choose the "BREAKFAST INCLUDED" rate when you book on our website. Breakfast is never included if you booked through booking, expedia or Airbnb.
Upon your arrival on site
How do I get into my room?
After completing check-in on your mobile phone, you will receive a single access code to open the hotel doors. You will enter through the main door in the church vestibule and proceed upstairs to your room. Simply enter the code on the keypad on the doorknob.
What if I need on-site assistance?
You can contact the hotel staff by calling 418 583 3432.
How will I be billed for the mini bar?
A maintenance attendant who will clean your room after your check out will check the contents of the bar. Any open drinks will be automatically charged to the credit card left at check in a few days after your stay.
Why haven't I received my door code?
If you haven't received your door code, it's either because it was sent to you only one day before your arrival or because you didn't properly complete the online check-in step on our platform. Check your emails for the link and complete the steps. Also, make sure your phone is connected to the internet or cellular network if you're completing this step directly in our lobby.

Refillable soaps and recycling
Hygiene products are all refillable, which avoids waste and unnecessary plastic. We also provide recycling bins, both in the rooms and in the catering area. Our consumer containers are also all recyclable.

The energy used to air-condition or heat our building is managed intelligently to optimize its energy efficiency.
Material recovery
First, the renovation of our church gave a second life to an existing building. Second, we recovered several construction materials and used decorations. Some came from organizations like Ré emplois +.
